Quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting prices, not fixed quotes. The final price depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. A quote is confirmed once we have seen the vehicle or enough detail about it, and remains valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Bookings and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. If we cannot access the vehicle at the agreed time and place for a mobile job, we may need to reschedule.

Mobile work

Mobile detailing depends on safe, legal access to the vehicle and suitable conditions at the site. Some work, including paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film, is carried out only at our Nerang studio.

Condition of the vehicle

We will tell you what we believe we can achieve before we start. Detailing works with the paint and materials already on the vehicle. Pre-existing damage, including deep scratches, chips, dents, failed clear coat, previous repairs, worn or torn trim, and stains that have set into fabric or leather, may not be fully removable, and we will say so rather than promise otherwise.

Personal items

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for the purpose agreed. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Photographs

We may photograph completed work and use those images to show our work. See our Privacy Policy for how that works and how to opt out.
